Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Refund Eligibility
We offer a maximum refund of 50% of the order total if there is a valid issue with the product.

Reporting Timeframe
Any issue with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Proof Required
To review your request, you must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue with the product and its original packaging. This helps us evaluate what may have happened during shipping or handling.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Product Handling
Customers must follow the storage and handling instructions included with the cake. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Order Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
Because our cakes and desserts are fresh, handmade, and perishable, they cannot be returned.
