Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Cakes, desserts, and other food items are not eligible for return or refund once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

We carefully package all orders to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, mishandling, or temperature-related issues that may occur during transit. We are also not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or other carrier-related circumstances.

Product Handling

Customers are responsible for following the storage and handling instructions provided with their order. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery.

Order Accuracy

Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our cakes and desserts are fresh, handmade, and perishable, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. Therefore, all food products are non-returnable.
