By accessing and using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products
All of our cakes and desserts are freshly made and perishable. 

Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including your shipping address and contact details, is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. All orders are shipped on Mondays to prevent packages from being held in transit over the weekend.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and properly store the product upon delivery. Cakes should be refrigerated according to the instructions provided with the order.

Refunds and Returns
All refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted, and refunds are limited.

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our shipping schedule or policy requirements. For example, orders placed too late to meet requested delivery dates may be canceled.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
