Shipping Policy
To ensure our desserts arrive fresh and in the best possible condition, we follow the shipping policy outlined below:
Shipping Days
All orders are shipped on Mondays to prevent packages from being held in transit over the weekend.
Order Processing
Orders can be placed at any time during the week.
- We open orders on Monday
- We close orders on Friday
- Any order placed on Friday or after will be shipped the following Monday
Shipping Method
Depending on your location, orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.
Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
- The shipping address provided is correct
- Someone is available to receive the package upon delivery
We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
Perishable Products
All of our products are perishable. For best quality, packages should be opened and refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
Carrier Delays
Once your package has been handed over to UPS, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the package and the product for review.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
